Description
Family engagement is essential in creating inclusive technology systems that meet the needs of all students, including those with disabilities who require assistive technology and accessible educational materials to access the curriculum. The CITES team is co-developing a framework of evidence-based practices that includes family engagement and helps school districts to integrate assistive and education technologies. Presenters will engage participants in discussions to build a common understanding of family engagement practices for technology planning using the CITES Framework.
